Atrax Group’s Weightrax weighbridge reporting software makes it easy for disposal facility operators to meet their waste data reporting requirements with a customisable Activity Source Reporting Module.
Effective from 1 July 2024, waste disposal facility operators, including transfer stations and landfills, are required to record and report on the activity category of the materials their facility receives.
These seven activity categories are:
- Construction and Demolition
- Heavy Industrial
- Mixed Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional
- Residential Kerbside Collection
- Residential Drop-off
- Unusual Activity. Used only as an exception to capture waste that does not fit into the other categories.
- Transfer Station – mixed activities. Waste or diverted material that enters a facility from a transfer station.

The Weightrax Activity Source Report:
- Accurately captures all the required categories and displays the information simply and clearly.
- Can be customised to fit your organisation’s specific reporting requirements.
- Can be drilled into to show different material types under each category. For example, under Construction and Demolition, you could break this down further into Demolition, Construction, Greenfield Soil, etc.
- Can be generated for specific set or custom time periods – monthly, yearly, weekly, daily etc.
