Despite worldwide disruption due to COVID-19, Weightrax remains fully operational
Weightrax customers will continue to receive normal levels of remote support. We can provide on-site service if necessary. All of Weightrax’s systems, phone numbers, email addresses and web portals remain in operation.
Weightrax is authorised to provide on-site services to essential businesses that remain open during New Zealand’s four-week lockdown, says Atrax Group Managing Director, Kevin Maurice.
“If a customer is providing an essential service and requires on-site support, we can attend that site to keep them operational,” he says.
Weightrax is delivering remote support as normal.
“The Weightrax team is fully prepared and able to work from anywhere to keep our customers’ businesses running in challenging times,” says Kevin Maurice.
